We are a leading Real Estate Digital Firm looking for high-performing professionals with strong real estate industry knowledge to join our expanding team across Nigeria (Abuja, Ogun, Lagos, PH, Delta), Kenya, and South Africa.
1. Social Media Manager
The Goal: To build a dominant brand presence and an engaged community.
What it entails: Managing all social channels, creating a monthly content calendar, engaging with followers/leads in real-time, and keeping up with real estate market trends to position the firm as a thought leader.
Key Requirement: Expert knowledge of the property market and platform algorithms.
2. Content Creator
The Goal: To tell compelling stories that sell properties.
What it entails: Scripting, filming, and editing high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), property walkthroughs, and educational real estate skits. You are the bridge between a listing and a buyer’s emotions.
Key Requirement: Mastery of mobile editing tools and a “viral” creative mindset.
3. Creative Designer
The Goal: To define the visual luxury and professionalism of the brand.
- What it entails: Designing high-end digital brochures, listing flyers, social media graphics, and ad banners. You will ensure all visual assets reflect a premium real estate brand identity.
- Key Requirement: Proficiency in Adobe Suite/Canva and an eye for architectural/interior design aesthetics.
4. Growth Manager
The Goal: To scale lead generation and conversion through data.
- What it entails: Managing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), optimizing sales funnels, and tracking ROI on marketing spend. You are responsible for the volume of high-quality inquiries coming to the sales team.
- Key Requirement: Deep experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Gen specifically for High-Ticket Real Estate.
5. SEO Content Researcher
The Goal: To dominate search engine rankings for property-related queries.
- What it entails: Identifying high-traffic real estate keywords in specific regions (e.g., “Land for sale in Lagos”), creating content briefs for writers, and analyzing competitor rankings to ensure our website is the #1 resource for buyers.
- Key Requirement: Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush) and a deep understanding of regional real estate search intent.
